Mrs. Pankila

Mrs. Pankila Bhardwaj, aged 32 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since 31st August, 2024. She is a Company Secretary and LLB Professional with more than 8 years of professional oriented, cross-functional experience ranging from Consulting, Company Affairs including MCA, ROCs, RD and NCLT etc.

Mr. Atul Mittal

Mr. Atul Mittal, aged 47 years, is the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. He has been on the Board of Directors of the Company since 29th July, 2002. He holds a graduate degree and has an overall work experience of around 22 years. He is a visionary entrepreneur and plays a pivotal role in business planning and development along with the overall management of the Company. Under his guidance the Company has witnessed continuous growth.

Ms. Shweta Gautam

Ms. Shweta Gautam, aged 30 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since 31st August, 2024. She is a B.Tech Graduate in Information Technology. She is a former Civil Service aspirant with a diverse background in the field of digital marketing as well as business development. She has been closely associated with multiple volunteer activities through various NGOs in and around NCR region. She had been actively involved in her Family business with over 3 years of experience in managing operations, budgeting, and coordinating various activities such as marketing.

Mrs. Preeti Saxena

Mrs. Preeti Saxena, aged 59 years, is an Independent Director of our Company. She has been on the Board of Directors of our Company since 30th August, 2022 and she is the member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has great experience of working with various companies. Over the years, she has guided the Company with her vast knowledge and experience.
